Privacy, transparency and choice

Privacy Policy

NeuOdio Inc. respects your privacy. This policy explains how information is handled when you visit neuodio.com or communicate with NeuOdio™.

Last updated: August 8, 2026

Our approach

NeuOdio aims to collect and use only the information reasonably needed to operate the website, respond to inquiries, protect the site, and understand website use where you have chosen to permit optional analytics.

Optional Google Analytics will not load unless you choose to accept analytics. You may decline analytics and continue to use the website.

Information you provide

If you contact NeuOdio by email, we may receive information you choose to provide, including your name, email address, organization, the contents of your message, and any attachments you send. We use this information to respond to your inquiry, communicate with you, evaluate potential business or research opportunities, and maintain appropriate business records.

Please do not send confidential, proprietary, clinical, medical, or technically sensitive information through an initial inquiry unless appropriate confidentiality arrangements are already in place.

Website operation and security

NeuOdio uses Cloudflare to host, deliver, protect, and monitor the website. Technical information associated with website requests may be processed for website delivery, security, performance, abuse prevention, and troubleshooting.

NeuOdio also uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand general website traffic and performance. Cloudflare describes this service as privacy-first and cookie-free and states that Cloudflare Web Analytics does not collect or use visitors' personal data.

Optional Google Analytics

NeuOdio uses Google Analytics to better understand how visitors use the website. Google Analytics is optional and will not be activated unless you consent to analytics.

If you consent, Google Analytics may use first-party cookies, including _ga and a property-specific _ga_* cookie, to distinguish users and maintain session state. Analytics may also process browser and device information, approximate geographic information, and information about how you interact with the website.

NeuOdio has configured this implementation not to use Google Signals or advertising personalization signals. You may decline Google Analytics without affecting your ability to use the NeuOdio website.

Consent and your choices

Where optional analytics is offered, NeuOdio provides a clear choice to accept or reject analytics. If you reject analytics, Google Analytics will not load.

You may change or withdraw your analytics choice at any time through the Cookie Preferences control in the site footer. Withdrawing consent for optional analytics will not prevent you from accessing the website.

Service providers

NeuOdio uses third-party service providers where reasonably necessary to operate its website and communications infrastructure. These currently include Cloudflare for website hosting, performance and security, Microsoft for email and related business services, and Google Analytics for optional website analytics.

Service providers may process information in jurisdictions outside Canada, depending on their infrastructure and the services used. Information processed outside Canada may be subject to the laws of the jurisdiction in which it is processed.

Use, retention and safeguards

Personal information is used only for purposes reasonably connected with the reason it was collected, including responding to inquiries, maintaining business communications, protecting the website, improving website performance and accessibility, and meeting applicable legal or regulatory requirements.

Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes, subject to legitimate business, legal, security, and record-keeping requirements. NeuOdio uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information it handles.

Access, correction and questions

You may contact NeuOdio to ask about personal information you have provided, request a correction, or withdraw consent where applicable, subject to legal or contractual restrictions.
